Carmona macrophylla- Fukien tea tree 20S (in 20 cm pot) with drip tray:

 In some literature, is called Ehretia buxifolia. It is native to Southeast Asia and South China. Ornamental plant: dark green, shiny, oval with pear-shaped leaves - the two species differ in leaf size, microphylla smaller, macrophylla larger. The edges of the leaves are intact, with two small notches near the apex. Its back is lighter. Trunk light brown, almost smooth, with small bumps. Its tiny white flowers turn into green berries that reach red.
It is a warm-demanding species and requires a minimum of 10°C. The soil should be constantly moist, but avoid over-watering, especially in winter. The shoots are allowed to grow into 6-8 pairs of leaves and pruned. We can wiring it at any time. In summer, we can put it outside in a shady place. In winter, keep it around 15 ̊C.
The trees should be transplanted every years to Akadama or Bonsai soil mixture. We recommend BIOGOLD or OSMOCOTE for nutrient supply.
