This peashurb is a popular bonsai plant because of its yellow butterfly inflorescence and its vigorous growth. Most closely related to Caragana arborescens, this variant combines the neagari and half cascade bonsai styles with its beautiful exposed roots. In summer, it feels good even on hot days, its water demand is relatively high - water it well with lots of water. It is winter-resistant and well-tolerated in our climate. It is rarely attacked by pests, is problem free and has excellent pruning ability.
