 Maidenhair tree, one of the deciduous pines, are among the most sought-after bonsai materials. Their fan-shaped leaves turn golden yellow in the fall and fall off by the end of the autumn. The winter view of its branch system gives a rustic effect and in spring they gently start shoots from tiny budding buds. Ginkgo biloba is one of the rare plants that does not have a pest. It is resistant to weather extremes and completely winter resistant. Although it is considered a slow-growing bonsai, it is able to grow long shoots with proper nutrition. In the spring, feel free to choose even a glazed bonsai pot and watering it in the summer with plenty of water.
