Tillandsia pohliana: Homeland in South America Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Peru, 750 and 1500 meters above sea level. It is an epiphytic inhabitant of dry forests, but sometimes also settles on rocks. Medium-sized species, the grayish-green leaves form a broad rosette on the short stem. Its inflorescence is outward-sloping, complimenting, on which the inflorescence petals are orange-red in color, while the flowers are white. It needs a lot of light, but we protect it from the scorching sun. It requires good air movement, it is satisfied with medium humidity. In winter, the minimum temperature should not be less than 16 degrees Celsius. In winter it is enough to water once a week. In summer it can be in the great heat even daily.
