Sphagnum moss 100 g
The sphagnum moss is used in soil mixtures. It's used beacause of the good water retention capacity, it can hold 10x more water than the weight of itself. The sphagnum is also softens and makes the water a little bit acidic. Because of the structure it's always airy and keeps the root area optionally wet.
