Aerangis mystacidii orchid:

 Aerangis mystacidii is native to South Africa. The plants are found close to rivers where they grow on trees and overhang the water. It is a miniature epiphytic species with SCENTED flower.
It blooms in the summer until autumn. The flowers are about 2.5 cm in diameter.
Requires a light level of 8000-20000 lux. Plants should never be exposed to direct sunlight.
Summer days average temp: 20-21 °C, night average 13-14 °C.
Humidity 70-75 % most of the year reducing to 65% for the winter.
Plants should be watered regularly during the growing season ,but drainage should be excellent and conditions around the roots should never be allowed to become soggy.

Resting period:

    Winter days average temperature: 16-17 °C, night average: 5-7 °C.
    Watering should be reduced for them, allowing them to dry out between watering.
    Fertiliser should be reduced or eliminated until new growth starts.
